Congratulations to the 2015 Re-Entry graduation class. One of the inmates has already been released and is working as a welder. Congrats to Christopher Sanders for a job well done.
County and state representatives joined together to break ground for the new Grundy County Detention Center on Wednesday, January 7. The new detention center will be located behind the Grundy County Courthouse in Altamont and is projected to house 98 inmates. The facility will be completed in the spring of 2016.
